Job Description


JOB PURPOSE

Provide product bench analysis/diagnosis, repairs, and calibrations in support of Sales efforts.

CORE JOB DUTIES

Troubleshooting/repairing/calibration of products.  Proper documentation of repairs.  Customer interaction regarding repairs.

Installs/set up new equipment.  Supports Sales.  Provides basic customer service via phone/in-person.  Assists in Warehouse as needed.  Performs other duties as required.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience

High School Degree and Knowledge of tools

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Small Electrical repair and diagnostics exp
  • Ability to read and interpret parts manuals
  • Working knowledge of basic test equipment, meters, oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, etc.
  • General working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good mechanical aptitude.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
Physical Requirements
  • Able to lift 50 lbs.

Working Conditions

  • 730 AM to 430 PM M-F
