Data Analytics Trainee

I am a final-year Computer Systems Engineering student at Instituto Tecnológico de Hermosillo (graduating December 2026). I am currently taking the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate and working on a university project that involves building a Machine Learning model to predict early student dropout, along with ETL processes, data cleaning and interactive dashboards using Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib).

Technical skills: Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn), SQL, Google Colab, Orange, basic Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite, basic Git & GitHub, and Trello.

I also have 5 years of professional experience: one year as a Credit Executive in the financial sector and four years in customer service. These roles taught me to pay close attention to details and to translate information into useful insights.

I am very eager to start my career in data analytics. I enjoy learning new tools and techniques, and I am committed to growing professionally in this field. I am a quick learner, responsible, and proactive.

Native Spanish speaker (B2 English). Fully open to relocation and travel.
